1. Will you be restocking books that are currently sold out?
For bestselling books, yes! If the book you wish to purchase is currently unavailable, you may contact us to check on the book status.
2. Can I request for books that your store do not carry?
Yes you can! We do get request sometimes to help source for certain books. Just provide a title/picture of the book and we will do the rest! For special request you may email us at email@example.com or contact us via IG (@books4tot.sg)
1. What are your shipping rates?
For standard delivery - $4.50
For express delivery - $15
We offer free standard delivery above $60.
2. Do you ship overseas?
At the moment no, but we may explore the opportunity in the future!
3. How long does it take for Preorders (PO)/ Backorders (BO) to arrive?
PO and BO orders will be consolidated on the stated date on the website/IG. From then it will takes 4-5 weeks (+/- 1 week) to arrive. For instance, if you place your order on 7 September, your order will be consolidated on the 15 September. You will receive the items 4-5 weeks from 15 Sep.
4. When will I receive my orders?
For current instock items, you will receive within 2-3 working days. For PO and BO items, please see the above.
5. How can I track my orders?
Tracking number will be provided to you and you can track via Qxpress. For PO and BO items, we will provide a ETA (Estimated Arrival Date) once shipment is on the way to SG.

6. Can I self-collect the books?
Yes! Self-collection is at CCK. Detailed will be provided upon request.
UPDATE: Self collection during covid period is not available till further notice.
1. What are the payment methods accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Shopify pay, Paylah! and Paynow payment. For Paylah/Paynow payment, details will be provided upon checkout.
2. Where do I key in the discount code?
You may key in the discount code upon checkout. Do note that discount code is not applicable to promotional and collaboration items.
Exchange & Returns
1. What do I do if my book is damaged / faulty?
Please take a photo of the book and email to us at Books4tots.firstname.lastname@example.org . Once verified we will provide a return address for an exchange. Do note that for exchange and returns customer has to bear the courier charges.
